Happy 18th Birthday to my baby girl, Hailey Herbst ! I am so proud of all your accomplishments! Graduating High School early, having two jobs, taking 3rd runner-up at WI NAM, winning the Heart of Service at the WI NAM State Pageant, competing at gold prom dresses 2018 National American Miss Nationals and placing 4th runner-up for the Fashion Model Award! Let's not forget creating your own organization Uniquely You at only 15! You have truly accomplished so much and I look forward to what is to come! 2018 is definitely going to be your year! Oh, and I have to say I LOVED your ROSE GOLD theme!
